This Is What You Will Be Doing
- Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including identifying unique selling points and developing effective pitch materials
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop long-term relationships
- Identify, segment, qualify, and tier potential customers to prioritize sales efforts and target the right markets
- Develop and implement strategies for growth management and long-term sales architecture
- Build and lead a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and success factors, both quantitatively (such as number of closings per month and new customer development) and qualitatively (such as customer satisfaction and feedback)

- Proven experience in front-line sales, preferably in the online marketing or SaaS industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools and technologies
- Understanding of online marketing and SaaS principles
- Experience in customer account management, particularly with SME clients
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Strong growth management and development skills
- Intercultural sensitivity and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers
- Resilience and a proactive, sales-driven mindset
