This Is What You Will Be Doing

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the tech ecosystem and identify new opportunities for growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors
• Lead the hiring process for the tech team, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Collaborate with the founding team to create a comprehensive roadmap for the tech department
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficiency in all tech-related decisions and activities
• Build and lead a high-performing tech department, guiding the team to achieve its goals and objectives
• Improve and expand our existing solutions and explore potential new products that align with our business objectives
• Work closely with the customer success team to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers
• Troubleshoot and test new features, using TDD as needed, to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions
• Continuously improve and evolve our existing infrastructure to support the growth and development of the business.

You'll Fit Great With These Skills And Values

• A background as a senior developer or architect
• Extensive experience with web development, including full-stack capabilities
• Proficiency in Typescript
• A relevant university degree or equivalent industry experience
